Nancy Epperly
Nancy Epperly, B.A., M.S.

Nancy Epperly was born and raised in Ft. Smith, Arkansas.  She spent her childhood playing various sports, such as basketball, softball, volleyball, and track & field.  She has 5 brothers and 2 sisters, ranging from Oklahoma to Illinois. 

She graduated from the University of Arkansas with her Bachelor degree in Psychology in 2001 and the University of Central Oklahoma with her Master degree in Family & Child Studies in 2008. She is currently attending UCO again for a degree in Photographic Arts and will graduate in 2012 with a 2nd Bachelors degree. 

She lives in Edmond with her son, Lincoln Grady.

Courtney Schmidt
Courtney Schmidt, B.S., M.Ed.

Mrs. Courtney is a Missouri native who came to Oklahoma after she got married in 2004 to her husband, Gabriel.  Gabe is a 6th grade math teacher at a middle school in Edmond.   Courtney has one brother, Joey, who is a Drill Instructor in the Marine Corps and him and his wife, Hillary live near Parris Island, South Carolina. 

Courtney went to college in Tennessee for 3 years before she got married, and then transferred to Oklahoma Christian University, where she completed her Bachelor’s degree in 2006 in Psychology.  Courtney started graduate school the next fall semester and will complete her Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education in May 2010 at the University of Central Oklahoma. 

She started working at My Small Wonders as a toddler teacher, and became the Assistant Director in August of 2009.  Courtney’s personal interests include her Chocolate Labrador, Norah, watching Netflix with her husband, reading anything and everything, and spending time with friends and family. 

Her professional interests include child guidance, developmentally appropriate practice, play-based learning, and guiding the teachers at My Small Wonders through the knowledge gained in her graduate studies of Early Childhood Education.

Bill Epperly
Bill Epperly

Bill Epperly was born in Oklahoma City and raised in Edmond. Bill has always had an interest in business and how things work. When he married Mrs. Nancy they both agreed that their long term goal was to build and run a child care center. That goal has become a reality through much hard work, dedication, and help from family and friends.

Bill runs the "business" side of My Small Wonders such as paying the bills, payroll, and running tuition.

He has over 11 years experience in the Information Technology field and has applied his knowledge to the center by installing and providing support for all of the technology at My Small Wonders.
