For a child to succeed they must have a caring and educated adult that is willing and able to help that child grow and understand the world around them.
We pride ourselves on hiring individuals who have taken the time and energy to pursue the field of early childhood education, requiring at least an associate's degree in early childhood or a related field for all of our teachers. However, many of our teachers, as well as our center director, hold or are in the process of obtaining, masters degrees or higher! The education of our teachers is one of our best qualities that set us apart from our competition.
My Small Wonders' staff must have the ability to ignite imaginations, build confidence, and help children discover new things every day.
